Roman Numerals are fascinating. A single letter can stand for a very large number. For example: “M” stands for one thousand (1,000). A single letter that says so much. Here’s one to contemplate.


3,000.00 soldiers killed in Iraq
plus + 4.00 price per gallon of gasoline
plus + 150.00 % cost of living increase
plus + 25.00 % tax increase
plus + 3.5 TRILLION increase in the National Debt

equals = “W” as in George W. Bush



I guess it’s the new math.
